Mar-flex Waterproofing and Building Products CEO Brett Oakley closed on the company’s new warehouse this afternoon. The new digs, located in Carlisle, Ohio, will act as a temporary facility over the next year and puts the new distribution center at a better proximity to both I-75 as well as a variety of state routes. The city of Carlisle offered Mar-flex a variety of attractive incentives to relocate the entire operation but as of late Oakley has not made a formal decision regarding the offer.

Mar-flex will begin moving into the new temporary warehouse within the next month.
