JOB DESCRIPTION

Product Sales Specialist

At Mar Flex, headquartered in Southwest Ohio, we make basements safer and drier with our waterproofing systems and other basement products.  We are currently seeking a full-time Product Sales Specialist for our Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi and Alabama territory.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to making sales calls with sales representatives, contacting customers and making sales presentations; developing and implementing plans to expand the business; resolving issues for customers and sales reps in assigned area; attending trade shows and promoting the business; develop sales channels and account strategies to identify opportunities to expand our position with architects, builders, contractors and distributors; and remain current on market conditions regarding products, product updates and new technologies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualified candidates must possess knowledge of below ground waterproofing/foundations with 10 years of experience in the waterproofing industry; experience working with general contractors, builders, architects, division 7 specifiers  and distributors; background with selling/marketing construction/building products (both residential and commercial); architectural and design background is a plus;  a bachelor’s degree is preferred; computer experience utilizing Excel, Word and Outlook; and excellent organizational skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.  If you are interested in this opportunity please submit resume with salary requirements.
