Variations of Mar-flex 5000 Waterproofing Membrane are available for commercial and residential use, but both variations are more effective when used as part of a water protection system. Pairing the Mar-flex 5000 membrane with an approved Mar-flex drainage board ensures the highest level of protection, (Up to 60 yrs New Residential) and qualifies the product up to a 5yr Commercial limited warranty.

Code Compliance
ICC Evaluation Service, Inc. (ICC-ES) has issued evaluation report ESR-3062 on the Mar-flex 5000, Fusion and QuickSeal Waterproofing Membranes. ICC-ES finds that, subject to the conditions set forth in ESR-3062, the membranes comply with the 2018 International Building Code (IBC) and the 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), or are suitable alternatives to what is specified in the codes.
